This training course on a new digital methodology of intergenerational approach was designed and delivered by the SYNTHESIS. The aim is to not only provide valuable training but also raise awareness of our project among a broader audience, including European adult educators and other relevant professionals.
The target audience group are adult educators, elderly care professionals, and anyone interested in eLearning and inclusion.
The objectives of the training are for the audience to gain understanding of intergenerational dynamics, to become proficent in digital skills for seniors and children, to master the application of the GROW model, to learn to design and execute engaging intergenerational learning sessions, to have the ability to adapt learning content to accommodate diverse learning styles, and to acquire the skills needed to facilitate intergenerational learning in the online environment.
